🌙
Measure in the evening
Fingers swell slightly through the day — up to half a size bigger by evening than in the morning.
When in doubt, size up
A slightly loose ring is far more comfortable than one that's too tight to remove.
Wide bands fit tighter
Bands wider than 5mm sit higher and feel snugger. Consider half a size up for wide shanks.
Measure the right hand
The dominant hand is often slightly larger. Measure the specific finger the ring will be worn on.
❄️
Temperature matters
Cold fingers shrink. Measure at comfortable room temperature — not after cold water or exercise.
Check the knuckle
If the knuckle is noticeably wider than the base, size for the knuckle — the ring must clear it.

Measure at Home
A strip of paper and a ruler. Accurate to within half a size. Good for measuring directly on a finger.
The strip method
1
Cut a thin strip of paper
About 6 inches long, ¼ inch wide. A receipt or index card works well.
2
Wrap around the base of the finger
Snug — not tight. Pass over the knuckle if it's wider than the base.
⚠ If the knuckle is noticeably larger, measure for the knuckle size.
3
Mark where the ends meet
Use a pen to mark exactly where the strip overlaps.
4
Measure the strip in mm
From the end to your mark. This is the finger circumference.

Use a ruler or calipers. If between sizes, the larger is almost always more comfortable.
No ruler? Try the coin method
Place a coin inside an existing ring. Select the coin that fits most snugly without falling through.
Print & Match
A single-page PDF with true-to-scale circles for every US size. Place an existing ring over the circles to find the size.
How to use
1
Download and print at 100% scale
Do not scale to fit. A credit card calibration box is included — it must match the physical card exactly.
2
Place a credit card on the calibration box
The red dashed lines must align with the top and bottom of the card. If they don't, reprint at 100% scale.
3
Place a ring over the circles
Find the circle where the inside edge of the ring matches the circle exactly.
4
If between two circles, order the larger
Wide bands (5mm+) may need a half size up.
